64. SUKHAMAN KE JHINE NAL SE 

Stream of elixir flows through the thin pipe of Sushumnâ. The fish-soul holding the stream swims upstream.||1||
Recite the Guru-mantra, meditate on Guru’s form and serve him lovingly. Abide by his commandments, and always do as he says.||2||
Guru will give you the address (location) of that fine aperture (of Sushumnâ).Catch hold of the needle-tip (like point) in front of the junction of the two eyes and the nose.||3||
Darkness will be torn apart, tour through the resplendent sky that opens up. Merge into the Essential Unstruck Sound and reach the eternal state. ||4||
Serve the feet of the True Guru; all the worldly pains & sorrows will vanish. Nothing is attained without loving devotion to Guru, O Mehî, concur all the sants.||5||
